Hi I got sex last month during my ovulation date,I was 2days late for my period so I took a pregnancy test it was negative as I was having a lot of pregnancy symptom.got my period for 3 days only and after 7 days am having back pain ,nausea and cramps on my right side.i had an ectopic pregnancy 3years ago and remove my right tube

Good evening mam.well what i feel from you historg is that you might be having pelvic inflammatory disease causing urinary tract infection. It is very common in females especially after srxual intercourse. Kindly consult a gynaecologist as u will be needing an antibiotic course as well
