Had diagnosed with PTB. Recent X-ray says that both lungs are free from gross parenchymal infiltrates

i had been diagnosed in 1999 with PTB, had medications,, and my recent x-ray said, both lungs are free from gross parenchymal infiltrates this a good x-ray result already? meaning my lungs are back to normal,, that i am well already?,,Thanks a lot..
