Had Colonoscopy, Small Lession, Pain In Gut Area, Diarrhea. What Should I Do?

had a colonoscopy they found a small lession, going to watch it. but I have lost 42 lbs in 3 months and have severe pain in my gut area, then severe diarrhea . my doctors are now palying a guessing game with me. i am always tires and don t want to eat cause I don t want the diarrhea. when i lay down at night i can feel the pain also.

Hi,
Your symptoms can not be explained by a small lesion on colonoscopy. If there is any suspicion a colonoscopy guided biopsy can be done from the lesion. Generally colonic small lesion does not produce much pain so there may be some other causes, consult your doctor.
