The rash might be an independent issue not related to your flu, but if if I were your doctor, I would have advised you for a platelet count and a clotting profile to rule out any piticheal hemorrhages. If this is normal, it could be insect/mosquito bites which gave rise to such rashes. However, if it increases and causes much inconvenience, I would suggest you to see a Dermatologist once your flu subsides.
