Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
These appears to be the infected sebacious glands. Like acne these are dependent upon the Hygene, and diet control of a person.
Avoid taking oily foods, fries, junk foods, etc.
Maintain hygene of the face, wash face frequently with cold water with out soap. Avoid excess of make up.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe erythromycin 500mg for 15 days, clindamycin solution for local application.
Wishing for a fair and lovely face. Thank you.
