Had Blood In Stool, Disappeared With Medicines. Now Have Recurrence Of The Symptom. No Constipation, Pain. Recommendations?

I'm 25 male. Around 1 year back, I observed blood in stool. Used some medicines (don't remember exactly what they are ) for a couple of weeks and stopped. I came to UK last week for vacation. Again now I could observe blood in stool. No other symptoms like constipation, pain etc... Can you please suggest me in this regard.

U iChat be having haemorrhoids.get tested by a surgeon.u will need a colonoscopy and biopsy may be to rule out lower GI problems.
Get a scan done too
