I have gone through your query regarding nasal obstruction and discharge, though you are an expecting mother with pregnancy of 37 weeks so possibilities of nasal obstruction are- (!) Hormonal effect- During prenancy some hormones causes stuffiness in nose and obstruction. (2) Sinusitis. (3) Deviated nasal septum. (4) Nasal polyps. A tharough examination of nose and if needed C.T.scan of paranasal sinuses will tell about the pathology for nasal obstrucrion, that can be accordingly manage. As far as nasal discharge is concern initially discharge was greenish in color but now it is mucoid. You are interested to know weather it is infective or not. To confirm this you may go for Culture and sensitivity of nasal discharge. This will tell about infective organism if any and at the same time which drug will be most effective for treatment.
