Had Bilateral Inguinal Hernia Surgery. Have Swollen And Tender Spermatic Cord Going To Left Testicle

Had bilateral inguinal hernia surgery a little over 2 weeks ago. Everything is going well swelling is gone, bruising is gone. My spermatic cord going to my left testical is swallen and very tender. When I cough I have a fair amount of pain. Other than that I feel great, will this pain go away, if so about how long will it take?

welcome to the forum.
Due to surgical dissection in that area, there may be little inflammation or hematoma ( bruising). It usually subsides with scrotal support or simple tight undergarments, anti-inflammatory medicines like ibuprofen.
It takes about 3 weeks to 3 months to settle depending on the severity and there should be no worry.
Hope have helped you.
Best regards
