some amount of cramping and bloating sensation are common after abortion,
but if you are having severe symptoms and undergone D&C for abortion better to consult gynecologist to rule out the possibilities of,
-retained products,
-rarely rent in the uterine wall.
take care.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine Dr. Srividhya's  Response
If you are on any antibiotics after your abortion, the bloating sensation can be attributed to it also.It can also be 'after cramps', that is you may have uterine contractions after abortion.
But however i would suggest you to meet your gynecologist to make sure no other complications and a scan to check whether the abortion is complete.
