Had a vaginal pelvic ultrasound. Have fluid in pelvis and a fallopian tube. Partial hysterectomy option?

I had a vaginal/ pelvic ultrasound I have fliud in my pelvis and one fallopian tube is filled with fluid. The CT Scan also identified calcification build up and a small hernia. I have horrific lower pain in my lower abdomen. I also have Interstitial Cystitis but that was rule out as the culprit this time. I am debating having a partial hysterectomy
