Had a hard fall rolling on abdomen. Having distended abdomen, cramps, bodyaches, soreness, lethargic, no apetite. Normal?

had quite a hard fall yesterday landing on front - felt as though my back at first but then rolled into abdomen - it carried on getting progressivlely worse - distendend and cramping - body felt achey and sore. Today I feel lethargic and completely no appetite . Abdomen still sore and sligthly swollen with heavy lower back and shoulder pain. Likely just aftermath of fall?

With any trauma to the abdomen one should examine to exclude internal damage to the organs. Do not delay in seeking medical help. Only once internal damage is excluded can you treat it conservatively.
