Had A Fall, Having Pain While Coughing, Sneezing. No History Of Back Pain. Bruised?
I fell hard on upper back a week today it winded me for about a minute and I carried on in the last few days the pain has become much worse even when I cough and sneeze and I wake in the night with terrible pains and can hardly move first thing in the morning my friends have said they think I'm just bruised what do you think I've never hurt my back before so I'm unsure thank you

Hello, you might have injured upper back muscles or you might have hurt in ribs which is causing pain during sneezing and coughing. You can consult a doctor regarding this and till that time just apply ice compress on painful area and take some analgesics. Thank you
