Had A Fall. Difficulty In Working, Writing Due To Pain. X-ray Done. How To Get Relief?

I fell down about 2 weeks back and fall on a wooden piece of plank, did first aid treatment and also got the x-ray ,nothing found in x-ray ,but still I am facing difficulty in working,cooking ,cutting & writing with pain.please do let me know the quick remedy as I have exams on monday 27/8/12 thanks. ameerudin zafar age 20,build thin,weight 45 kg

If analgesics or pain killers are not giving you relief and X-ray features are not suggestive, you might take an orthopedist's opinion to avoid hairline or stress fracture which might not be very evident on X-ray.Hope this helps.All the best for your exams.Donot worry you will be alright.
