Had PCO, Unable To Conceive, Test Reports Normal. How To Get Conceive Normally?

Hi , we are married since four years, I had PCO's and underwent Treatment to conceive 3 cycles with Clomiphene, metformin, Hcg injections...all failed, my HSG report is normal..Husband test - normal ,I also did laparoscopy ovarian drilling -Aug 2011.. now my periods are regular , i'm staying with my husband .. still waiting for conception.. right now im not on any medications , Please let me know how can i improve my chances of conception.. any tablets to improve conception... Ivf is not affordable for us.Please advise

You have tried ovulation inducing medicines like clomiphene only for three cycles. You can consult an in fertility specialist and have a few more of ovulation induction therapy along with ovulation monitoring.
