Had Nexplanon Implant Inserted In Left Arm, Experiencing Pain From Arm To Tip Of Fingers. What Is Happening? Is It Caused By The Implant?

Hi, I had the Nexplanon Implant inserted in my left arm 2 weeks ago. Im experiencing pain all the way down my arm to the tip of my fingers. It varies from a shooting pain thru my elbow to my little finger to pain all the way down my arm and sometimes gives me pins and needles in my fingers. Can you give me some advice as to what is happening? And is it caused by the implant. Beth.

Hi, it appears that you have an allergic reaction, to the material of the implant, or it might be touching the nerve running to the hand.
I advise you to consult your doctor for confirmation. immediately. don't rub or press in the position of the implant. Thank you.
