Had MRI on the brain and the finding said there are multiple punctate greater than 15 nonspecific T2/Flair signal hyperintensities in the subcortical, juxtacortical , and periventricular white matter. What does that mean? I don't understand what it means

my mom(49yrs) is advised to take an MRI of brain.In this report we finds that small gliotic foci in sub-cortical white matter of both cerebral hemispheres and in left parietal periventricular white matter on other significant abnormality detected in plain MRI of brain & visualized intra cranial vessels though hypo plastic posterior cerebral artery with dominant posterior communicating artery are seen in right side & hypo plastic venous sinuses on left side-congenital variations.if you kindly explain the above findings,I shall be highly obliged.

hello u there really? my dad got an MRI AND THEY FOUND mild scattered high signal seen within mid pons an periventricular white matter suggesting small vessell disease area of ischemic microvascular demyelinization persistant fluid signal seen within mastoid greater on left what does this mean please help????
