Had Hemorrhoidectomy To Remove Hemorrhoid, Constipation With New Growths On Anus, Also Bleeding With Bowel Movements. Help?

Hemmorhoidectomy two weeks ago to remove one large external hemmorhoid and several internal ones.

Severe constipation for eight days post op resulted in two new growths on my anus. One is on my perineum btwn vagina and anus, and the other is on the rim of my anus.

I think they're skin tags but I'm not sure.

Also, I still have copious bleeding (dripping) with bowel movements.

Is this normal?

I can provide photos if given instruction on how to do so.

No this is not normal, constipation is the only big reason behind the piles, you have to come out of this constipation then and the then piles will go away else you will have to suffer a lot, drink lots of water, have fiber diet, chew the bolus properly, you can try any stool softener preparation like Isabgol, orange pills (Dried) milk of magnesia,,, never exert any force in toilet at the time of defecation, keep the schedule for toilet even if you do not feel like to go, have nice day.
