I Had an emergency c-section on 8/26/12 after pushing for 2hrs. Before i was released from the hospital i could feel something poking me about 1 inch above the scar closer to my right side. My family dr said it was probably a hematoma and the ob said it was probaly a stitch knot but the knot is 2 inches from the edge of the scar and it is very painful and pokes and pinches me and makes me miserable from what i can reach by just touching it, it feels like almost the size of a q-tip. Is this normal scarring or should i go to er
