I had 6 surgeries over the past 12 years and since then i pass urine very frequently, i get urinary infection very often and i feel a vaginal burning sensation, with a white discharge, a sensation that continues to the back side. I am 37 years old, married with no kids, i had my first surgery unsucessfull and my second was performed for pelvic peritonitis with adhesions. I get irregular monthly cycle, the last one i had this month after an absence of 5 months period. It was very little, as per usual, but i had my right ovary, a part of the left ovary and the fallopian tubes removed. I took ciprofloxacin about 7-8 monthsago and i take now and then indomethacin suppositories as prescribed by my physician. The problem is that i easily get cystitis with a thorough burning feeling and i feel lower abdominal pain. Can you please help me with any information how to treat the infection, as its getting very inconfortable? Thank you
