Had 2 Neck Surgeries. Neck Pain, Headache, Numbness, Tingling In Legs, Muscles. Have Herniated Disc With Gallstones

I have had 2 surgeries on my neck with a total of 4 levels acdf from c5-c6-c7-t1 I'm approaching one year for my first surgery. I still continue to have pain in my neck, headaches, numbness and tingling. After my second surgery, which was February 27, I have new symptoms. I get numbness and tingling in my legs and my muscles throughout my body are tense and will spazm. I am in pain every day with littlle relief. I recently had MRI's of the thoracic and lumbar spine. I show bulging and herniated discs along with images of gallstones. Could there be something else causing the tension in my muscles? What treatment do u recommend ?im 42 years old and feel 90. I was working fulltime until my surgery on november20,. I was off work until August and now work limited hours.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
You might be suffering from degenerative disc disease & it occurs due to repetitive overload or stress to the disc & it increases the risk of disc herniation & spinal canal stenosis.
For this condition you have to do stretching & strengthening exercises in which you have to stretch tight muscle & strengthen weakened ones which will alleviate stress on facet joint and disc.
Temporary pain relief can be obtained by using an appropriate analgesic or muscle relaxant ,Pregabalin & methylcobalamine supplements.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
