Habit of excessive masturbation causing dark and sticky penile skin. Is masturbation harmful?

hey.. i m 16 year old . and i take out my sperms one time in a day . i just want to know whether it is good for health or bad. or whether it will effect in future and is taking out sperms cause pimples if yes how to rid of it because i have it . and my skin in front of the penis is becoming dark brown and its very stiky what does it indicates?

Masturbation is a common practice in your age group.
It will not affect your body or organ or health.
There is no protocol that you should go for this much masturbation act in a week is good & this much is bad.
You feel desire for it go for it.but at the same time you should remember that excess is always poison.
Sex is in our mind.
if you have thought of sex in mind always you should have desire for it.
Just divert your mind by busy with other activity.
Do yoga or meditation.
Penis front skin color is due to pigmentation.
