HCG At 900, Slight Bleeding And Brown Discharge. PT Positive But Ultrasound Reveals Nothing. Ectopic Pregnancy Or Miscarriage?
TOOK TWO HOME PREGNANCY TESTS SHOWED POSITIVE, WENT TO WALK IN CLINIC WAS SLIGHLTY POSITIVE BUT END OF THE DAY TOOK ANOTHER HOME PREGNANCY TEST FIRST THING IN THE MORNING WAS POSITIVE. WENT TO THE DOCTOR THAT WEEK SAID I WAS 5 WEEKS PREGNANT WHICH IS WHAT I FIGURED - TEST SHOWED POSITIVE. END OF THAT WEEK HAD LITTLE RED IN UNDERWEAR THEN WENT PEE AND THERE WAS BLOOD SO WENT TO ER - TOOK TWO ULTRASOUNDS SAID THEY DIDNT SEE ANY SIGNS OF PREGNANCY WAS WORRIED IT WAS ETOPIC BUT DON'T THINK SO - HCG LEVELS ARE 900 AND DID SEE A SMALL CYST. - DIDN'T BLEED ENOUGH TO CHANGE PADS OR ANYTHING HAVE STOPPED BLEEDING - HAD A BIT OF BROWN STUFF NEXT MORNING - THEY SAID 80% CHANCE I HAD A MISCARRIAGE OR I COULD BE ONLY 3 TO 4 WEEKS PREGNANT - WHICH WOULD YOU THINK? IM GOING FOR BLOOD WORK TO SEE IF HCG IS GOING TO GO UP IN 72 HOURS

I am so sorry to hear about what you have been through recently. From the information you have provided, it is most likely that you have had an abortion. If the ultrasound could find any signs of pregnancy in the uterus or genital tract, then there is no pregnancy. I will even suggest you just sit and observe what is going on. There is no further point in rushing to do other tests.
