HBSeAg Negative, HBsAg positive, no HBV DNA qualitative. Acute or chronic HBV? Treatment?

Hello Doctor, Height: 5 6 ; Weight: 47; Sex: Female; Age: 29 Condition: Hepatitis B Results: HBSeAg is Negative; HBsAg is positive; HBV DNA Qualitative is not found. Please let me know if i am having acute or chronic HBV. What should I do to confirm that I have acute or chronic. and what would be treatment ? Thanks in advance for advice

You are not having an acute HBV as the DNA is not found in blood..
It could a remote infection in the past ( can be known by Ig G levels ).
Treatment is not require for chronic infection..
It can spread to others by your blood( if you do a blood donation to any one) or body fluids (saliva/semen etc.,)..
