Gurgling sounds from stomach, constipation. Remedy?

Well I m a senior in high school and I don t know what is wrong because when I go to classes my stomach makes these embarrassing noises also I have to force myself to poop every morning and evening to clear my system whereas, people around can get up in the morning and urinate and their stomach wont make noises . I really Need Help !keir
