Gurgling and rumbling in stomach, blood in stools, constipation, loss of appetite. Treatment?

Doctor, I m having gurgling and rumbling in my stomach , which feels unpleasant and causes slight constipation . I ve have had bloody stool in the past months, and these gurgling noises I have recently caught notice of... Haven t been of the best of excercise and diets . I m a 22 male, and lately I find it hard to eat regurally. Eating only dinner most days.. Thanks are the info and help you could provide.

Hello Jay,

Thanks for posting on HCM

You are most probably suffering from a lower digestive tract hemorrhage which could be a result of infection (enteritis), tumor, hemorrhoid, polyp, anal fissures etc. In order to determine the actual cause, you will need to pay a visit to your primary care physician or better still a gastroenterologist who can run a series of laboratory test such as a stool exams or culture, blood tests, colonoscopy, widal tests etc.
Upon getting the actual cause, treatment will depend on that.
