Grumbling Stomach With Changed Bowel Movements. Could This Be Stress Related?

hi, ive had a grumbling stomach for a couple of weeks, im getting very stressed out about it which then seems to make it even worse, my bowels have changed slightly, there is a terrible smell when i go which i have never suffered with before, it started about 3 months ago when my mother passed away, could it be related, im upset most of the time but this is worrying me and i think the worst

Yes, it can be due to anxiety and stress.
The GI upsets are related to stress, anxiety.
you need not to worry.
You relax and take light meals and also take probiotic in diet.
You also take plenty of fluids and identify food which likely increases it and substitute that.
If symptoms continue you may be required for medicines for a few weeks.
