In the mentime, there are drugs that you can get over the counter
called H-2 blockers, which are less expensive than PPI drugs.
You can get Ranitidine
150 mg, tablets twice a day after morning
breakfast and after the evening meal. Stay on it for 4-6 weeks.
You should see improvement after 2 weeks.
Try to avoid lactose containing products. If you have lactose
intolerance, this should help. Last thing is Gluten
as wheat, Barley and Oats. If you are gluten sensitive, avoiding these
will improve your symptoms.
