Greetings. The thing is I always feel nauseous. When I wake up

Greetings. The thing is I always feel nauseous. When I wake up everything seems okay I eat normally but after a good meal I start feeling hungry again as if I have not eaten at all,I try to eat more but thinking or looking at food or the idea of eating makes me nauseous, this feeling lasts almost for a whole day. After that I almost always make myself eat.It lasts for at least a month, but this last 2 weeks are especially bad. I lost weight.(weight 48 kilos now, height 164). I am having panic attacks and high stress level for 2 month already could this be a reason? Also my bowel movement is good as always,my blood test was good as well as sugar level,I had head mri also everything good.During 2 month of panic attacks I had various symptoms but they all gone now.I also noticed that I clench my jaw a lot and also I don't know if it is related but I almost do not drink water at all, prefer tea and other sources of fluid.

My husband has fallen asleep twice today for a short period of time and when waking up does not remember anything that has happened in the last 24 hours. He does then remember after being awake a few minutes. He has been under a lot of stress. What could be causing this? I am very worried. He feels fine. No pain

Hi, I don t know if I should maybe be trying a sleep specialist or something, but I think I might have some sort of sleep disorder. For the past year or so the only time I dream, it ends up turning into a lucid one, where I know I m dreaming. Sometimes even within these dreams I will wake up , check to make sure I really am awake (checking where my book is marked, who is in the room, etc) and then weird things start to happen before I really wake up, and in that dream I am even asking myself if this could just be another dream, conclude that it is, and then let it play itself out until I choose to wake up. So basically a very convoluted way to say that I m almost always conscious of the fact that I m dreaming, so I rarely wake up feeling very rested. And it also makes it hard to fall asleep because I usually recognize as soon as I start slipping into a dream state, which wakes me up. I had a heart issue and insomnia a few months ago and the doctor prescribed Lorazepam, which helped me right away. Now I haven t slept in two days and I ve been using the remaining Lorazepam tablets without any effect. Any idea who I should talk to, or some possible diagnoses?
