Slight nasal block is common in small babies due to narrow nostrils. You can use normal saline nasal drops- just two drops in each nostril when required. You have not mentioned what milk you are giving. If only breastfed there should be no problem. Normally the stools are yellow in color but can be green occasionally. If you are also giving formula and there is change in frequency or consistency it is better to get the baby examined once.
