Got Poked Under Shoulder Long Back. Any Home Remedy For The Pain?
Hello Doctor, when i was 14 i had a fight with my colleague,during that he poked me frm behind with pen,right under my shoulder blade,after that i din experience pain as such,but when i took shower, i allowed shower to force into that spot, over the years pain have aggravated,m worried,how to heal or cure this,is their home remedy to this?

You didn't mentioned the duration, how back you was hit.
Chances of deep injury by pen is less. you can take analgesics and serratopeptidase.
If symptoms persists, then you need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Your problem may also be due to psychological causes.
