Got period. Had unprotected sex. Took postinor. Why am I spotting with sore breasts?

hi! I got my period on the 6th July & I usually have a cycle of 26-31 days. I had unprotected sex with my husband on 18th July (13th day) and on 19th took Postinor 2.... I got a normal period the following week on 25th July (on my 20th day of the cycle) from 3rd Aug I ve been having slight spotting & sore breasts. could I still be pregnant after a normal period or are these symptoms of the Postinor 2?
