Got Hit On The Head. Small Cut, Lump Seen. Have Headaches, Dizziness. Treatment?

Hi, I accidentally hit my head quite hard on the edge of a big wooden cupboard almost a week ago. There was a small cut that has healed, and lump which I iced - and is now very little. However, I have had a constant headache ever since and often dizziness for a minute even time I get up from sitting. Is there anything else I can do. It was my left forehead high right below the hairline. Thank you

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Based on your symptoms and history of head injury , you have post traumatic headache with dizziness lasting for a minute. Two conditions produce dizziness are type of seizure and benign paroxysmal vertigo secondary to ear injury

Requires further detail history and neurological examination and evaluation

You should consult Neurologist and require CT scan brain with bone windows

Meantime have Naxdom for pain relief.

Hope this will help you
