Got Head Injury. No Bump Or Bruise Appeared. Feeling Dizzy. Should I Consult A Doctor?

My 14 yr old daughter git hit in the head twice while goofing off with a friend on her the right side if her forhead in the same spot f she has had a hard time sleeping and in a lot of paibut the is,o bump or bruise . I happened two days ago she feels a little dizzy and her eye looks a little lazy. She s he go see a doctor?

1) ANY VOMITING/FITS AFTER INCIDENCE
2) ANY BLEEDING FROM NOSE ,EAR,MOUTH
IF YES U HAVE TO GO FOR URGENT CT SCAN BRAIN TO RULE OUT ANY HEMORRHAGE
