Got A Report. Can Any Online Doctor Help Me To Read It?

i got a report wherein the matter was as mentioned :

gross chest wa deformity and scoitic deformity with spina fixation noted

there is right epica p eura thickening and b unting of right cp ang e with costop eura space?
thickening/effusion

there are signs of oss of ung vo ume in the form of pu of trachea to right and
crowding of right sided ribs

whether this be cured with medicines

thankyou sir,
with above mentioned findings on xray chest of yours
blunting of cp angle could be due to pleural effusion or due to pleural thickening but in your case it could be thickening as there is pulling of trachea to tjhe same side and crowding of ribs to the same side and apical pleural thickening too,and the deformity is the end result of all these, yes you may get cured with the medicines after you run some other tests to know wats the cause for all those findings ,commonly it could be atubercular infection, consult your g.p and run some other blood teests, ppd etc...
