Got HSG Test Done. Uterine Cavity Appears Normal, Opacified, Suggestive Of Tubal Patency. What Is The Meaning?

I recently got my HSG test done. Could you please help me understand the report? Here are the report details:
Uterine cavity appears normal
No filling defect is noted
No uterine anomaly noted
Uterus is deviated towards left side
Both fallopian tubes are welll opacified and appear normal in caliber
No hydrosalpinx noted either side
Free peritoneal spill noted on the either side
Impression:
Bilateral free spillage of contrast, suggestive of tubal patency
Uterus is normal in shape, no e/o irregularity/ filling defect is seen

the report is absolutely normal...in HSG a dye is introduced into the uterus which if freely spilled into the peritoneal cavity is normal....in cases of tubal blockage the dye is nt spilled in the peritoneal cavity ...any sort of filling defect means a lesion or tumour which arises concern but your report no filling defect which means normal..al the best for your future
