Good morning, I have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck for about 6 weeks now for no apparent reason. I am not sick, I do not even have a stuffy nose. I have had a CBC work up and everything came back normal. I had an ultra sound and they told my GP that my lymph nodes looked reactive. My doctor has told me to wait another three weeks and if my lymph nodes are still swollen to go get another blood workup. I have Epstine Barre. I was diagnosed with it about 12 years ago and I have had a flare up about 2 - 4 times each year since. This is not a flare up.

Good morning, I have had swollen Lymph Nodes s above and behind my left ear and underneath my jaw (left side). My GP checked my throat and ears and there was no sign of infection, bloods were also taken and they came back fine. however, my wisdom teeth are currently pushing through and causing a dull discomfort in the back of my jaw. Is it possible that my incoming wisdom teeth are causing my lymph nodes to swell ?

I am a teacher and use my voice constantly. When I get really tired in the afternoons, my right lymph node in my neck becomes swollen and sore to the touch. After I get a good night s sleep my throat feels fine in the mornings but once again becomes sore. I don t think I have cancer....Just my body s way of fighting off a virus, right? Thanks, Donna

Good afternoon, my 15-year-old daughter woke up yesterday morning with swollen lymph nodes on the left side of her face under her ear. She does not have any other symptoms. Today, the pain has gotten worse, now causing her ear to ache. She has taken ibuprofen a few times which has helped some with the pain. The school nurse said there was nothing she could do. I am thinking I should take her to be seen at the Dr. What do you think? I appreciate your professional opinion.
