Does Hair Thinning Resolve After Arimidex Drug Is Stopped?
Good Evening, I have been taking arimidex just shy of 5 years and will stop the drug after the first of the year. I tolerated the drug fairly well except for insomnia and hair loss. (after chemo my hair grew back very thick but thinned 2 mo after starting arimidex.) In your experience, does hair thinning resolve after the drug is stopped? Thank you

Yes, in the few cases I have seen where Arimidex was the cause of hair loss and hair thinning, it resolved completely in the following 6 months after cessation of the drug.
