Going through menopausal. Irregular period. Why is face puffy? Why is leg in pain?

Dear Doctor, I am 45 years old and going through menopausal period. My periods are very irregular (once in 3 to 4 months). I have put on lots of weight . My thyroid test is normal ( TSh is 4) . My face looks puffy. Also I have become a bit forgetful and lethargic. I get pain in my left leg if I stand for a long time. Please advice suitable ayurvedic medicine to reduce puffiness of my face and weight.
