Going through depression. What is the treatment procedure?

I think that i a going through depression and i don t visit my md on the regular. i relocated a year ago and only seen this MD once. but i made an appt to see her because of the depression and i want to take time off work because of this. but i am not sure of the process will i have to see her more then that for her to grant me a leave from work using my FLMA

first u notice ur depression reason... u can consult any ayurvedic physician for panchakarma... in pancha karma their r sirodhara,nasya,treatment for depression.. do the regular yoga.. pranayam...
