Teething is a physiological process.
Teeth will start erupting around the age of 6 months.
In a normal baby, teeth will erupt as usual, delayed teeth eruption is usually seen in mentally retarded children or any other anomalies associated.
Clean your baby's gumpads after every feed.
Do not give medicines without medical supervision.
Please do visit a pediatrician regarding this.
Take care.
