Give Me A Good Diet Chart To Lose Weight

Iam 34y, 64kg, 5f 6inch I want lose my weight. Also my tummy i9s bully. Kindly help me. I want loose my weight from 64 ky to 55 kg. My tummy is looks bullky & flabby. Kindly help me by your diet plan chart. Iam house wife. I don t get time for walking or any ex. Iam busy with my two child. So provide me your suggestions to loose weight at home itself. First of all congratulation for the thought of staying healthy and in shape.this the first step that you have taken.As far your height and weight ratio,which is known as BMI,yours is 23 and ideal is also 23.So do not worry you are not over weight,you should not loose much or your weight if you are comfortable with your self.As far as flabby abdomen is concerned you are right,.after delivery this happens to every female if not taken care of.You should avoid high fat diet like fried things,fast foods,cheese butter etc in large quantity and on daily basis.Take plenty of salads and fruits.Take minimum 4 meals in a day.spreading it in four parts of total what you are taking.In between meals you can have a fruit,chass,lemon water etc.This keeps your body clock ticking and help you to burn more calories.You should be doing abdominal strengthening exercise,skipping ropes in spare time.Yoy have to have time for your self no ifs and buts are allowed.Your fitnees is important to you and your family both.
