Girl Friend Pregnant, Chlamydia In Urine. Itchy Bumps On Penis, Burning While Urinating. Chances Of ISD Or STD?

Yes, my girlfriend is pregnant. We been having sex for 2 months, I'm not the biological father but both of us were clean before we got together & I know for a fact neither is cheating on each other. Her doctor called her about 3 to 4 days ago & told her he found chlamydia in her urine. She is currently 31 weeks along in her pregnancy. I noticed for the past two days that I had itchy little red bumps almost like 5 tiny pimples on my penis at the top of the shaft right before the tip begins. I have experienced some burning when urinating but mainly only the first thing in the mornings. But as of this morning I felt no burning, & the rash or pimple like things seem to have almost completely vanished. Just to be on the safe side since I heard about her having it we stopped sexual activity & her doc had prescribed her 2 Azithromycin 500mg tabs. But I won't be able to get checked out until this Thursday. I'm just wondering how everything is Internet research says its an STI but some Internet research says its an STD. & is the symptoms I explained one of those? Possibly? Is there a possibility that I don't have it & what I have is from wearing my clothes too tight? Etc?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
STI is the recent nomenclature for the same STD which was a comparatively older term. STD means that it is not specific about the diseases caused by Germs whereas by calling STI it means specifically about the infection transmitted through sexual route.
Chlamydia would not cause pimple like lesions over the shaft of penis. But it can cause burning sensation during urination. Chlamydia infection can remain asymptomatic also. This burning may occur to anybody who consumes inadequate water. It is better for you also to take Tablet. Azithromycin.
Wearing tight cloths is not the reason for you problem. It will cause only some skin problems only.
