Getting stomach cramps and gastric after eating. What diet should I take?

for 8 days, I have had stomach cramps and gas after eating. it doesn t seem to matter what it is. I ve tried plain rice. Lettuce salad. Turkey sausage. bananna. salmon. pork ribs. oyster crackers. Dark Chocolate. Everything cramps some - some a lot. Is there a strick diet that I can use to test to see if it is diet related.
