Getting Pins And Needles In Feet And Legs. Diagnosed With Parkinson's Disease. Taking Entacapine. Suggestions?

I get pins and needles in y feet and legs which wakes me during the night. I have been diagnosed with Parkinson's 4 /5 years ago. I take madapar,entacapine,venlafaxine and some other drugs for bipolar disorder. I have been taking entacapine for appox 4 weeks and it is helping my movement and stiffness .Can you offer any suggestions to over come this problem

Get your hemoglobin checked, sometimes it may happen in anemia. Secondly take Multivitamins daily.
After being on prolonged treatments there can be some deficiencies of vitamins and minerals
