Getting Brown Discharge With Blood Spots Instead Of Periods. Also Having Back Pain,cramps & Headaches.

I m having lower back pain ,cramps& headaches ...and I was suppose to got my period 5days ago but all I keep getting is brown discharge with spots of blood here and there...please help
