Getting Bloated Stomach, Back Pain, Stomach Pain, Mood Swings, Excessive Discharge And Bowel Changes. What Could This Be?
Hi i have been getting a bloated stomach, 3 periods within 6 weeks, back pain, stomach pain, mood swings(severe), also slight breathing pain (this is very slight sometimes feels a little harder to breatj), excessive discharge and bowel changes. I have had vaginal swabs which have ruled out thrush etc. Today i had an ultrasound where i was told i had more loose fluid than normal in my ovaries and behind the uterus. I was told i had no pregnancy in the womb however repeatedley asked if i had taken a pregnancy test? What does it soynd like?

As per your history, you had irregular bleeding in last 6 weeks alongwith pain. Your radiologist has seen more free fluid and no pregnancy in womb. In my opinion, he may be suspecting an ectopic pregnancy(i.e. a pregnancy outside the uterine cavity) in which your pregnancy test will be positive or faintly positive with empty uterine cavity. I used to advise seum beta HCG levels to my patients with a repeated test after 48 hrs alongwith USG to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
