Getting Angry Fast, Having Hardness On Head. Taking Paxidep, Inderal, Maxgalin. Want Complete Cure

Respected Sir, I am just 26 years old and i am a owner of a big cloth store and i regularly seated in cash counter from morning to night and also i controlled my staffs and maintain my all stocks. Daily i take 2 hour break. After continuing this type of life style i felt very uneasy when i talking to my customers or my staffs.I felt very nervous my hands are shacking and my head also, and i got anger very fast and i felt a hardness on back side of my head. Afpaxidter few days i take consultation from a neuropsychiatrist and she suggested me Paxidep cr 12.5 mg for 10 days after that Paxidep cr 25mg for continue. And Inderal 10 mg and Maxgalin er 75 mg and also when if i felt very nervous she suggested me to take Zapiz 0.50 mg. After taking 20 days i felt some wellness. So sir here i requested you please give me some suggestions for my complete wellness. Because or that i lost my business. And sir also i wanted to know that is it curable or not please help me. First problem to be addressed is the sedentary way of life.
This brings in lot of problems in the long term.
Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, Backache, stress etc.
To reduce all the risk lead an active way of life.
You're a businessman and I understand the time constraints and stress.
But to improve your overall life quality and business, you need to adopt this.
