Hello
welcome to health care magic
Thanks for your query
Menstruation means monthly blood loss..because of heavy blood loss you are anemic..
Anemia means decreased oxygen carrying capacity of blood,,,may be low hemoglobin or low red blood cells..
Check your Hemoglobin status....

Regarding irregular periods check your hormones levels like thyroid, prolactin etc..
Also go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out fibroids.
Fibroids cause increased blood loss..Fibroids are benign tumors of uterine muscle.
For anemia take good healthy diet containing iron like jaggery, nuts etc.
depending upon the level of your hemoglobin take iron tab or syrup according to your gynecologist..
Consult gynecologist for further suggestions.
Hope you got answer from me
Thank you
