Genitals Produce Sticky Discharge, Dryness, Bumps In Armpits. Why?

Hello, I'm just turned 18, and several things have gone wrong at once ... First off my genitals are producing a sticky substance that sticks to my boxers and hurts when I pulls off with my bunis becoming really dry, it hurts to walk or do anything, I've also gotten bumps up and down my arm where the hair grows. Pleeaassee tell me you know something to help me

I understand your concerns. The sticky discharge is probably seminal fluid that you see after you have a nocturnal ejaculation. I also believe that you might have the dryness due to the discharge drying after the ejaculation. About the bumps in your armpits, it is probably due to infection in the surrounding area.
