Gastritis, Pulsating Sensation Under Rib Cage, Disorientation. Done Urine And Blood Test, EKG, Abdominal CT Scan. What Does It Mean?

I am a 40 year old male who has a history of virtually perfect health, certainly nothing major. I recently went to the ER about a month ago because I started having symptoms which after blood and urine tests, an EKG, and an abdominal CT scan, along with a few other standard minor tests, blood pressure, etc.... I was told that I have Gastritis. I've never had anything like this, but it does correspond with my symptoms and what I've learned about the condition.

What I am concerned about though is that I have an ongoing pulsating in the center of my abdomen right under my rib cage which is perfectly synced with the pulse in my wrist. It's intensity comes and goes and has never hurt per se, but it is quite annoying and I have experienced some light headedness and maybe a little bit of disorientation at times. I also feel the pulsing in my head at times. It definitely seems more pronounced after emotional or physical excitement. Also when lying down.

Since I've had these issues (about 6 weeks now) I seem to get a little better and then bad again. Another symptom that I have which is concerning to me is that in the last couple of weeks I have had some burning in my left arm and leg. Which I don't know if this corresponds with the other symptoms (specifically the pulsating), but I'm just wondering if I'm maybe on the brink of something serious. I don't have any chest pains, but I have had a little bit of shortness of breath back when the gastritis was at its worse and also pretty fatigued at doing very little physically.

I have felt better lately and am not experiencing anything seriously painful, but have seemed to be somewhat achy overall, like you might feel if you had sat in a single position for a long time. I have a doctor's visit scheduled on the 24th of October and hope to find out something definitive. I feel the Gastritis diagnosis at the ER was a sound one, but am just wondering if there might be more to it. Are my symptoms (the pulsating to varying degrees and the burning sensations in my extremities) typical or suspect? Also, I've never drank, drugged or smoked. My diet hasn't been the best over the course of my life (lots of processed stuff), but I have recently changed in a major way with regard to that. I wonder if my symptoms are because of a poor diet and it's finally caught up with me.

Thank you.

Allergist and Immunologist 's  Response
you are having allergies o local stomach organ problem can be gall bladder stomach liver etc
can be ruled out by consulting gastroenterologist
if every thing is fine get blood serum tests for specific antibodies for foods and pollens to find out cause as these can be food allergies causing this
